2 bedroom/1 bath apartment that allows dogs in Iowa City, IA

We are looking for someone to take over our apartment starting March 1st. We recently got a house and will not need our apartment anymore. However, this is a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms 1 bath in a secure building with a door code. It has a large living room area plus a dining area next to the kitchen. The carpeting is thick and soft on the feet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a washer/dryer closet with hookups available (we may be able to work our a deal for our washer and dryer as well, if you are interested). There are also coin washers and dryers available in the building. There is a large unfenced backyard to walk in, and take your dogs out in. The Grantwood Elementary school is a few blocks away, along with a city park and Sycamore Trail. There is another wetland park with a pond that is visible from the front windows with a nice trail. 2 pets under 35 lbs each are allowed. The pet deposit is $315 per pet and is returned at the end of the lease, barring pet damage. There is no monthly pet fee. There is a carport for one car for the apartment, plus an attached storage unit. The rest of the parking available in the parking lot is free for anyone to take. There is a bus stop right outside the building. Utilities are about $60-$70 and you pay for internet/cable, water, and gas/electric. You are welcome to renew the lease in August 2015. Sorry, but they do not accommodate Section 8 housing.
