Program Manager in Iowa City, IA

Immediate need for a Program Manager with 10+ years of project or program management experience. Should have good background with Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies. Must have background with managing large vendor-related projects. Must have proven understanding and extensive application of project scope, cost, and time management as well as other project management disciplines such as quality and risk control, communication, and HR management and integration. Must have excellent leadership, communication, planning, decision making, and negotiation skills. Must be able to work with people at all levels, including outside consultants and vendors, and influence others without formal authority. Must be able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication. Applicant should be results-oriented and able to adapt and deal with ambiguous situations and manage expectations. Applicant needs to be able to operate effectively in matrix management environment.
